1.Candidate must have passed graduation in any discipline or will be graduating by May 2015
2.Must have valid score in CAT/ MAT/CMAT/XAT

yes you have a chance to get admission,admission not only depends on your exam score ,but also your performance in GD/PI,previous academic performance so do apply for the college

You should be either B.tech, B.E. or masters in other fields(Commerce,Science,Arts etc )to be eligible for MBA at BITS. Moreover this year applications are closed.

You can take admission through individual entrance exams which are being conducted every year by various institutes/states for students who don't meet national tests score criteria. You're already appearing for KMAT.
Apart from this, you can also appear for TANCET MBA test conducted by Anna University & UPESMET test conducted by UPES university. Both of these are good for MBA. Last dates to apply for these exams are very close like last date to apply for UPESMET is 5th March, 2016 while for TANCET, its April last. So, apply for these as soon as possible and start your preparation.
