Hi Prakash. It's always good to be a master a single thing. It will overall help you to make it a successful career in that stream. HR and Finance are both tough fields. You can study both well but you have to work extra hard. Well in Sri Balaji Society you won't be able to do both simultaneously. Go with one and became best in that. Doing together will only divide you in both the stream that will not make you expert which basically corporate demands nowadays.

If you plan to move ahead in research, go for msc otherwise mba as its about management. UK will cost you between 16000 pounds to 70000 pounds with 6 months work visa whereas USA will range between 35-50k dollars with a year visa. Jobs are no guarantee as it depends on your own skills and motivation level.

HR is a different specialization at IMI. If one joins PGDM then one cannot opt for HR as majors. Both are good depending on ones interest level. Experienced faculty uses their own pedagogy. Placements prospects are good for both.

Both have the wide future scope. As u know now in each & every company there is separate HR dept. to carry on the related activities. On the other hand Business Analtyics these days is growing as now every company wants to know the risk involved & its related preventions in their business. As you are btech IT student, you can go for BA as ur major n HR as minor specialisation with the college offering good placements for the same. Goodluck!!
