TAPMI Manipal offers MBA HRM as a 2 year programme with an annual intake of 60 students. The Institute recorded 100% placement rate with the highest package of worth INR 32.02 LPA bagged by an MBA graduate. Around 90 companies visited the campus during the placement drive, providing an average package of worth INR 12.7 LPA. Among the 90 companies, 21 companies provided a placement package to MBA HRM graduates. The highest package recorded for MBA HRM graduate was INR 28.5 LPA. The result for admission to MBA HR at NMIMS Mumbai was declared on 15th March 2025. Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of interview round and group discussion.

A bachelor's degree (preferably in business or HR) is best before pursuing an MBA (HR). For the MBA (HR), choose an AICTE-approved PGDM or university MBA with HR specialization. GIBS Bangalore is a top choice for this path.

NMIMS Mumbai offers a 2-year full-time MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM). To apply, you need a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks. Having some work experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Admission is done through the NMAT by GMAC exam—only your first attempt score will be considered. After clearing the NMAT, you'll go through a competency test and a personal interview. Your academic record and work experience will also be considered during the final selection.
