Since MBA HR is a well-paying career, it offers tremendous opportunities to candidates where they can earn well. However, after doing MBA there is so much potential to earn more and more, yet there is obviously an upper capping to the same where the highest salary earned by an HR Manager is INR 18.6 Lacs in India. An individual if wants can earn more than this by seizing the right career opportunities abroad.

MBA in Human Resources Admission is based on either numerous admission tests such as the CAT, MAT, SNAP, CMAT,  and others, or on merit. After passing the entrance tests, the student must go through a Group Discussion and Personal Interview Round to be further screened. Students need to hold their bachelor's degree for admission to MBA in HR. Candidates who are awaiting their bachelor's degree results can also apply for MBA in HR admission in any management school.

Yes, you can pursue MBA in HR Management after completing BMLT course.

While your undergraduate degree is in Science field, an MBA in HR Management focuses on business administration and human resources so make sure to check the criteria and transition your skills to HR management.

I know the distance MBA HR from IGNOU for the July 2024 session has closed its registration portal. However, I can give you some general information. The programme is a 2-year distance learning Masters of Business Administration with a total fee of INR 62,000, payable in four semesters of INR 15,500 each. To be eligible, you will require a bachelor's degree with at least 50% aggregate marks and three years of managerial or professional experience. The July 2024 session registration is already closed, so you can opt for the January 2025 session or contact the regional centers of IGNOU for further information.
