Both M.Sc. An MBA with her. Are good options for a bright career. However, as you already know, M.Sc. Is a Science-related field so you might gain skills to manage a scientific research department or something. If you are looking for a career in the scientific field, it would be a wise choice. On the other hand, MBA in HR. Is related to management and hence has a wider scope. Because you gain enough skills to be an Hr. Manager in any firm and department, you are not sticking to the Science department anymore. However, if you do M.Sc. Your chances of selection in the Science department increase in comparison to an MBA graduate from HR.

In my opinion, MBA in general management or Human Resource Management is also a good choice if one is planning to do an MBA after B.Tech. An MBA degree in finance, marketing will meet the needs of the candidates who expect to work in a managerial position. The only thing that matters is whether you are totally committed to make HR as your career. Moving beyond good interpersonal skills, the course provides students with the in-depth knowledge to recruit, select, train, evalu
