In order to gain admission for the MBA programme at Surana College, applicants should have completed an undergraduate degree in any discipline from an recognised university with a minimum aggregate of 50%. They must possess a valid percentile score in any one of the accepted entrance tests (including CAT, CMAT, KMAT, ATMA, etc.). Each candidate shall bring the following certificates/documents in original and their self-attested photocopies along with a hard copy at the time of counselling for admission to the MBA course at Guru Nanak Dev University Regional Campus, Gurdaspur:
- Hard copy of the admission form
- Class 10, 12, and graduation marksheet
- Character certificate from the Principal of the college/ school last attended
- Two recent passport-size photographs duly attested by the Principal of the College/ School last attended or a gazetted officer.

The GNDU Gurdaspur MBA application form was released in online mode on May 8, 2025. The deadline to fill out the application form has also been released. The last date to submit the form was June 10, 2025. Currently, the university is going to release the counselling schedule for the MBA course soon.
