The average package is around 7 LPA for the batch. There isn't any difference being made by recruiters in case of MBA/ MBA(IB). The dependency of the job on work-ex totally relies on what the recruiters require. Yes, having work-experience keeps you ahead of others.

NISM admits students from varied backgrounds such as Commerce, Science, Engineering, Economics, Banking & Finance, Computer Science, etc., with a varied work experience ranging from freshers to 10 years experience in various streams such as finance, IT, core engineering, public service, NGOs, etc. One commonality in all of them is that they all are genuinely interested in securities markets either as an investor or as an intermediary. Here is a list of some best MBA specialisations in India:
1. Marketing
2. International Business
3. Human Resource Management

Now, it only depends upon you that you want to go for which one. But before choosing your career field, you must see that you have enough interest in that particular field.

Dear friend,
If you get BIMM then it will be a better option. But don't go for others Sri Balaji Society Colleges. Between BIMHRD/BIIB/BITM & PIBM, choose PIBM because they offer:
1. Unique Training methodology SCPS.
2. Corporate Session (every week).
3. Communication, Aptitude training, mock GD-PI session will be provided on a regular basis.
4. 2 internships (WIP, SIP).
5. One of the growing college.
My suggestion is go for PIBM (I am also going their for PGDM-Marketing).
Best wishes.
