Hello Dhiraj,
Both MBA and MS are good fields. MBA on one hand offers a broader and general view in management. On the other hand, MS focuses on one single speciality mostly. There are many good MS colleges abroad. I personally am doing MBA in ITBM from Symbiosis Centre for Information Technology, keeping in mind that IT industry is going at a faster pace in India.

Hello Shivam, Just do not worry. Almost every management institute has specialisation in HR. Also to get into these institutions there are plethora of entrance tests. You will have to clear one of these at least. With your CMAT score, you need to fill forms of colleges and then you need to clear GD and PI round and then you can get admission.

I would suggest you look at the official site of IIM Banagalore for the same. But, in general you need to give GMAT, prepare a SOP and get some recommendations. All this is then followed by an interview.
