Hey Raj,
Congratulations on scoring 88.2 percentile in CET exam. This is a decent score and you do have great chances to get yourself admission provided you GD and PI goes well. IES MCRC considers score as one of the factors of evaluation and rest depends on your performance in GD and PI and also Your work experience. Since you have 1 year of work experience it is going to be an add-on. so right now I would advise you to start working on GD and PI and be prepared to answer the questions related to your work experience, as they might grill you on the same.
All the best.

After 8 years of experience, you have all the knowledge of this field, now, you can control the company easily after MBA. But 8 years experience in engineering is very good, you can continue your future as an engineer also.

Keep practicing the concepts regularly. Do join a good test series and evaluate your performance regularly. Work on the weaker sections and try to solve questions in minimum time. Time plays a big role in CAT. Just work hard and be determined to prepare continuously.

CAT syllabus is more of 9th and 10th mathematics and english vocabulary ( questions are like jumbled sentences, punctuation, missing words). B.Tech is more of technical subjects. Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning are also there in CAT syllabus.

Both. Even for distance MBAs, the reputation of the universities matter. While many colleges in India now offer distance MBAs, it is important to select a nationally reputed college to do your MBA.

Hello Susanta,
Yes. Well, it also depends on the college you choose. Welingkar and Symbiosis are some good names you can choose from.

Hello,
As of now, the scope here in India is limited but NIFS is a good option!
