You can try for PGDM in Chetana. A good GD/PI can get you in, also try securing your seat in other colleges. Keep a back up.

M.Com is not considered as vocational degree. But you have to check before applying that which course you are opting for. You will get the detailed information on every university website. Vocational programs mainly lead to industry skills certificates.

Please check for your eligibility to appear for the UGC NET exam from the criteria mentioned at the link provided below. UGC NET requires its applicants to have completed a Masters programme.
