You will need atleast 2 years of work experience to get into a top or reputed university for MBA. Try to get a job in finance sector since you are from that background. There is no particular job that you have to do but see that is relevant to your background and what you want to do.

To do your MBA you need to do graduation first because graduation is the minimum eligibility criteria for doing MBA.
You can do your graduation in any stream (which you like most).

To make up for your low CGPA you can try achieving a high CAT score. However, the CGPA must only be 50% or above to make the cut for MBA in IIM.

Entrance exam score is required to get admission for MBA. Not a single college/institute in India will accept you without MBA entrance exam.

Universal Business School, SPJIMR, Athena School of Management, Amity University, ITM Navi, DY Patil University and KJ Somaiya can be considered for MBA. But I will suggest Symbiosis Institute of International Business, Pune for an excellent career.

It depends on your efforts and skills. There is nothing an introvert cannot do. Given you work hard and have/develop required qualities, can do whatever you want. If you have interest in something and determination to do it, you can always do it. The skills can be developed. Just work hard.
