Dear Kritika,
Pay packages more evidently depend upon your performance, knowledge and your confidence level at the time of interview with the employers. However, in the beginning any one can start with 3.5 lacs per annum. I would suggest you to keep your scorecard excellent in order to get a good job. Your scorecard will be able to get you priority over others. If we talk about the highest package, in private sector, there is not limit for a deserving candidate. I hope this would suffice.
All the best and god bless you.

Dear Rajkiran,
Since, you have already completed your PG from HR, you can continue in the same field. HR is a very important department for any organisation. However, still if you wish than, you can pursue ACCA to make your career in the field of accountancy. ACCA stands for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. It is a leading international accountancy body. The ACCA qualification is recognised and is treated in other countries as being equivalent to their local qualification. For further details kindly visit the below mentioned URL. http://www.accaglobal.com/in/en/about-us.html
I hope this would suffice. All the best and

If you have interest in accounts/finance field than go for CFA Exam. Level-1 and Level-2 will be easier to crack. You can also look for courses in HR. There are short duration courses available on websites like bookmytrainings. You can also get courses on coursera, eDx and similar websites. These online courses are economical and save time.

Dear Friend,
It Sorry to say that none of the colleges are a good option.
My suggestion is that don't go for Indira because of low & degraded placement. I know some of the students are even not placed from there.
Please research about PIBM. I think it will be helpful for you & it is also far better than Indira.

Good morning dear,
Look, colleges call students only when the students inquire about the same. Also, the colleges send emails in order to make you apply for it.
Thanks and all the best.

MBA is possible as this will be required graduation in any stream. Your BioTech is accepted as a qualifying degree for the eligibility. But to do M.Com, you must be a B.Com. So, it is better and possible is MBA.
