Hi,
First, try to secure good marks in class 12th, and pursue your graduation. You can give entrance exams for MBA only after your graduation. You can start your preparation in 2nd year and give the exam in your final year. You can also prepare for IIM indoors' Integrated programme in management, which is a BBA+MBA course right after class 12th. Having own business is the best opportunity after pursuing MBA. If you are planning to become a self-employed entrepreneur, then that might be challenging, but it is worth it. Best regards.

Your class 12th percentage is very less. But, I will still recommend you to apply for the admission process. Try your luck. Best regards.

Do not choose NDIM, because of the crowd it has. That implicates directly to the student-faculty ratio. And, it will also be a bit difficult during placements, because of the competition among peers. ABS is the right choice, At least, you will not regret on ROI.

No, it's not necessary. Having a work experience has its pros and cons as well. Same goes with fresher. It would be good to have a work experience but it's not necessary. There is no mandatory path. Everyone takes up a route depending on their convenience.
