I personally believe that it is the student and his/her score card that actually makes the difference. Even IIM's came to be known for their placement, however, it was their student's score card and confidence at the time of interview that worked wonders. So, if you really want to be placed in a really good job, make sure you make the best utilization of the resources available to you in the present college. You never know, you might become the one who would prove to be a mile stone setter for others. It is therefore advisable to be on the top in the merit. I hope this would suffice. Yes, you can. In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM programme you need, graduation in any field with at least 50% aggregate marks to be eligible to apply. Then, you need to clear the selection process of the B-school, starting with an entrance test accepted by the B-School. For e. g. CAT MAT SNAP CMAT.

1. Department of Management Studies, IIT MADRAS - [DOMS IIT Madras], Chennai.
2. Loyola Institute of Business Administration.
3. Anna University.
4. University of Madras.

Dear Praneet, as far as MBA from distance education is concerned, you can pursue it from IGNOU. IGNOU is a well-established brand name in the field of distance education. The study material is of international standards. The university is internationally recognized. Since you want to pursue it from Bangalore, you will find good study and support centers for IGNOU.
