Hi Meghna!
Congratulations on scoring 65.69 percentile in CET. With this score, I would say that it is not that good but not that bad either. You could try applying at IES MCRC, MET, Welingkar, Chetna and Dalmia. But this totally depends on your choice of specialisation. Well in some colleges, your score is just a part of your evaluation along with your GD and PI score and if you have any work experience. For other colleges, they do have cut-off criteria, so please do check in first and start preparing for your GD and PI. All the best.

Very satisfied with the college facilities, faculty, and campus. Placements. The placement record is very good here. The average package is INR 3.5 Lacs -4 Lacs per annum. Companies like Cadbury come for placement drive. Placement cell is very active and helps every student to get a good job for starting their career.

MS will be your first preference I believe. And, MBA in India is now saturated and with the MS degree, you can get global exposure to world's the finest technologies. You can have maximum global opportunities. However, the fees will be much higher compared to MBA in India. MBA in India is also not bad option. You can do MBA Marketing and enter in any automotive company or Financial firm for the same.

For admission to correspondence MBA, you have to qualify in OpenMAT Management aptitude test conducted by IGNOU. This test also serves as the entrance test to various other management programs offered by IGNOU. You can also check this link http://ignoumba.in/distance-mba.

First, you need a Bachelor's degree and then you have to clear an entrance exam like CAT, MAT, GMAT, CMAT, XAT, etc. Anyone of them which is accepted by the college you want to get into. Or, you can go for distance MBA, as it doesn't require entrance test for admission. You must study hard and score well, then you can apply for colleges, and then you will have to give interviews of colleges and have to pass them and then you can get admission.
