MBA: It's a university-affiliated degree focused on teaching management principles through both theory and practical subjects.

PGDM: This is a diploma awarded by an autonomous institute. Focused more on the practical skills and updated concepts. 
Both have their pros and cons. PGDM from elite universities like IIMs is valued more in the job market.

You may please visit the official website of National Institute of Business Management (NIBM Global). NIBM Global offers one year MBA, two year MBA and one year Executive MBA training for working professionals and it also provides online MBA video tutorials to all its registered students. NIBM Global does not offer actual MBA degree, but it helps as an online tutor so that MBA learners and aspirants can acquire a good understanding of the subject.

Hi,MBA abroad requirements include:- Atleast 2 years work experience
- GMAT or GRE score
- TOEFL or IELTS
Since you don't have work experience, you are not eligible. Many business schools accept extraordinary students, you must be very bright if you are applying without experience. Scholarships are also given on merit, in addition to those requirements above you must have good marks all together.

Hi,
Yes, but majority of MBA abroad programs require work experience. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years work experience to be eligible. You have to check the university specific admission requirements if you want to pursue MBA.
