With less than 50% in graduation you will not be able to get admission in full time MBA but yes you can try for distance or online MBA.

Correspondence MBA is the traditional form of providing distance learning which involves sending the study material prepared by the college/institute to a candidate through post. Additional Details
- Mandatory Courses : B.E. / B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc.
- Candidates must have obtained given percentage in mandatory subjects or B.Sc. in Economics or any other undergraduate degree with Computer Science.
- Candidates with commerce background/undergoing/completed
- CA first year will be preferred.
- Candidates with work experience will be preferred but not compulsory.
- Students appearing in final year of graduation can also apply on provisional basis.

Yes, something or the other exam must be given. There are some universities which may not require GMAT like Thompson Rivers University, Vancouver Island University, etc. You can check them. Additionally, you must take IELTS to meet English language requirements.
