A graduate with a B.Ed is not considered eligible to apply for teaching in Higher Secondary Schools or Colleges.
To be eligible to teach in colleges/universities, apart from holding a Master's degree, you will have to qualify National Eligibility Test for Lectureship or the State Eligibility Test for Lectureship, both conducted under the regulation of University Grant Commission.
I would suggest you go for MBA after BBA as MBA does not restricts you

In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need:
- Graduation in any field with at least 50% aggregate marks to be eligible to apply.

Yes, why not. But a lot will depend on your interview. Be prepared on questions like what you have learned from this job (relate to management, difficulties in this business , trends, competitors of your employer & leader in this industry worldwide and in India (expect a sure shot question on this) etc etc) , a great depth and breadth of knowledge will be rewarded.

These many backlogs won't be accepted so the answer is yes, problems will be there. Even if a college does accept there is a chance of visa rejection. You can try applying but also check universities in other countries which are known to be less competitive than Canada like Poland, Ireland, Sweden, Ukraine, etc.
