Although, it is good to be an IT qualified before seeking admission in MBA IT but most of the B-Schools allow all discipline graduates for this course. You are eligible to seek admission in MBA IT as a mechanical engineer. After MBA IT, you are eligible for presales support, marketing, account management and business analyst roles only in IT & ITES companies.

Symbiosis, PUMBA, Indira, Balaji (not shri balaji), Wadia college and Indsearch are the best colleges in Pune. It matters whether you want a premium institute or an institute with quality education.

You are eligible to seek admission in all MBA specialisations after B.Com. If you are good at finance and accounting, then MBA finance is the best option for you, else you can choose any other specialisation.

IGNOU and Symbiosis Universities are the best options for MBA by distance learning. In case, you want to do special MBA such as consultancy management, manufacturing management or quality management then MBA of BITS-Pilani is the best.

Nowadays marketing has broader scope as compared to other specialisations. After that comes finance. According to the market research, marketing candidates are offered higher packages.

Hi,
After doing B.Pharma, you can opt for many specialisations, but my first choice that I will give you is to go for:
1)MBA in pharma
2)MBA in marketing
3)MBA in operations
4)MBA in HR
5)MBA in international business
These are some of the specialisations that you can choose but in my opinion I would suggest you to go for MBA in pharma or MBA in marketing. MBA in pharma is a new finding which is a growing sector.
