Sure. Any graduate can do MBA. And the specialisation depends on the particular institute you are in. If you score well in your first year MBA, then you can choose any specialisation you want. Choosing a good college for MBA is highly necessary as good colleges have good placement. Appear for CAT or MAT and do your best. All the best.

You can easily do the MBA, if you have done BBA, and it's fee structure depends upon the colleges. So, you have to visit the colleges and there you know the different colleges have different fee structures

Placements are good enough. But, if you ask about the packages, then it is difficult to be specific as no college guarantees you regarding placement with package mentioned. It varies from year to year as per the market standards because companies run as per market standards. Yes, you can as you have completed your Bachelor's degree. In order to Pursue MBA in USA you must clear GMAT exam. TOEFL is widely taken English test accepted by most of the Universities all over America, but now days some universities are also accepting IELTS and SAT scores to grant admission to overseas students. If you want to do MBA from US after graduation, you have to give GMAT exam, TOFEL/IELTS exam. But the main compulsion is that you have minimum working experience of 2 years after the graduation. So, all the best for future.
