You can get admission in Nirma, Fore School of Management, IBSIM, XIMB, BIMTECH-Noida, T. A. Pai or GIM, Goa.

Although, you are already a MBA. But, full-time E-MBA from ISB - Hyderabad or legacy IIMs can take your career to next level.

You are advised to appear for CAT, XAT, MAT, GMAT, SNAP or NMAT to get admission for MBA in marketing.

Every college has their own placement cell, which helps you in placements.

It is pretty good. You have good placement opportunities, however you will have high level of competition as well due to the number of students who opt for marketing.

MNNIT MBA admission are only on the basis of CAT score. So, you are not eligible.

With that score, you won't get call from any IIMs. So, you can apply for colleges like:
1. AIMS.
2. BITS – Pilani.
3. TAPMI.
4. SP Jain.

MBA IT is a sector specific MBA, therefore, a number of opportunities are comparatively less in comparison to MBA marketing. MBA IT graduates get jobs in pre-sales support, sales & marketing, account management or BA in IT or ITES industry. You with your MCA and generic MBA or MBA marketing can also get similar jobs, therefore, in order to increase your chances of a good job you may opt for MBA in marketing.
