The intake for core PGDM is 180 students. There is no restriction on selecting a specialization. I mean any number of students can choose any specialization of their choice once you get in.

There are many colleges in Pune and Mumbai which are the best of the colleges for MBA in Mumbai like KJ Somaiya, JBIM Mumbai in Pune. You will get DY Patil, Indira College of Management, Sinhagad College of Management, etc.
Those are the colleges in Pune and Mumbai.

You will. But you would have to target premium institutes like IIM's and other private institutes like xlri, fms, IITs etc. Also you have an option of doing 1 year executive MBA from colleges like ISB, SP JAIN provided you do well in entrance exams and GDPI. Please research extensively about one year MBA and others too and then make a calculative decision.

You are not eligible for MBA if you are from open category. You need to have minimum 50% in graduation, however you may start job right now and do part time or distance MBA after 2 years of experience.
