You have done BMS with specialization in finance. If you like this subject, then you can opt for MBA finance to become a specialist instead of dual specialization. If you are still not sure about your interests, then dual specialization will be good.

ROI of UPES is not good. After spending 13 lakhs at UPES including all fee+ accommodation, you will get an average package of 5-6 lakhs.

I think if you have completed BCA/B.Tech in IT or CSE or did any IT/networking course after graduation and keen to pursue your career in SW/networking with prior handful knowledge of computer then you can think for ethical hacking provided knowing it that your MBA degree will not add anything here in this trade.
