Are you asking for post MBA opportunities? Yes, it's good. Getting a job will be competitive because you would be an international student so you must perform very well in your class and establish networks.

If you want to shift your career to psychology then there is no point to invest another 2 years in MBA and then opt for psychology. So, it would be better to pursue psychology course right after BBA. Go for MBA only if you want to go further in management field.

Hi Sandeep,
Career wise that is a good decision as BPO culture don't have that much of growth as compared to a candidate holding a MBA degree. But, as you have asked about salary package, this totally depends upon the stream & the Business School that you are pursuing from. As a suggestion, I would like you to go for MBA in Banking & Finance as this sector has huge scope & also this is one of the fastest growing sectors in terms of jobs.
As far as the salary is concerned, it would be better if you pursue MBA from Business school that comes under Symbiosis International University. For Instance, if you pursue MBA in Banking & Finance fro

There is no additional course which needs to be done along with B.Com to pursue MBA. You just need to prepare for MBA entrance exams. As you said, if you want to shine in the field you are dreaming about. You can take up a certificate and short-time distance courses in that and once you complete it, all that will be added to your resume. It will definitely fetch a job easily with a good pay scale.

Hello, Jyoti! Apologies for the late reply! NMIMS fares slightly better as compared to SIBM Pune, though both are equally good choices. There are various parameters one must consider before taking admission in any B-school, which are as follows:-
1. Infrastructure: Both are at par
2. Rankings: NMIMS wins
3. Campus Life: SIBM wins
4. Faculty: Can't comment(both would be having great faculty members)
5. Brand name: Both at par
6. Placements: NMIMS wins(though there isn't a significant difference between the two).
7. Location: NMIMS wins(undoubtedly)
8. Fees: SIBM wins(by a mile)
9. ROI: NMIMS slightly edges ahead
I hope it helps you in mak

Salary is never a constraint for a good and deserving candidate. The most important thing is the scorecard of the student pursuing MBA or any other professional course. If you are pursuing MBA, than kindly make sure that your scorecard is excellent. It is your scorecard that will keep you ahead of others. As far as package is concerned, it depends on your negotiating capability with the employer at the time of the interview. How confident you are during the interview makes a lot of difference. For private sector banks than too, one can expect a beginning somewhere around 3.5 to 4 lacs per annum. I hope this would suffice. All the best

Hi Prasanna, to get a job in US you must be issued a H1B visa which is sponsored by the employer, so you must look for H1B sponsors and apply for suitable jobs in these companies. Please check leading job portals or an immigration consultant for the same.
