MBA Scope

MBA and PGDM are nearly same. The only difference between the two is you get an MBA degree when your college is affiliated to a university and when your college is an autonomous body, you get a PGDM degree. For example, all IIMs give you a PGDM degree.

You must take either IELTS or TOEFL to prove your English language skills. Not giving one of them is not an option. Secondly, you should check the university's websites as MBA programmes have altogether a different requirement.

If you do MBA in HR from renowned college, automatically you will get good job. Then also, if you want to pursue for higher education, you can go for PhD in Employee Management, Succession Planning, Career Development, etc.

You can prepare for CAT or MAT exam to pursue management course.

The top 10 colleges in the country offers excellent placement and the next top 20 colleges offers good placement. You should prepare for CAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.

Yes, distance education has less scope than regular.

IBS is an average college for MBA. I would suggest you to avoid IBS B-schools as they have a very high student intake which creates problems during placements. Also, the fee for IBS, Hyderabad is very high and it has a poor ROI.

I think you mean MBA in finance. Yes, it does have a good career and also placements are really good if you are skilled and full of knowledge. It varies from 3-8 LPA.
