There is no embargo on doing M.Tech or ME or MS after MBA. If you meet the eligibility criteria of doing M.Tech, you can do M.Tech after MBA also.

You can excel in any field and in any college if you possess the skills desired by a company. Since you are asking only about MBA AB course of BHU ,you can get into agro based industries and banks.

It totally depends on your interest. May be healthcare is your interest but marketing has a high scope and high pay scale too. So, I would suggest that you give importance to your interest because you will be able to perform well in the field in which you have interest.

You will get an opportunity for 6 months to work in the UK. However, if you want to continue, you need to work hard so that your boss will keep you as a full-time employee.
Tha salary package which you can expect is something like 35k-45k if it is in India.

Although it is not necessary that u must have experience in country's local market, your +3 year of experience is enough to make your visa to go. Second thing is: If you are dedicated to work, struggler, have excellent performance during job then I don't think you will face any problem in finding Job abroad. There is plenty of options available specially in marketing field (because it is all pervasive).
And the third thing is I am suggesting you to go for Australia (most preferred) for MBA or UK (if not Australia then here) because Sydney school of business is one among the top 5 business school in world.

MBA is a job oriented post graduate degree. You can easily get a good job with MBA. If you are not interested in a job, you may do MPhil/ PhD to gain further education in the area of your specialization. You can also do industry recognised certifications such as CFA, CMA, LOMA, etc.

In general merit, there is difficulty in getting a seat, but in categories cut off chances are the. So please choose accordingly.

If you do MBA from B-Schools below 300 in all India ranking, you are likely to face challenges in getting a good job and decent salary. You are advised to do MBA from top 100 BSchools only.
