Every field has different scope in the market but in my opinion, you should go with MBA in marketing.

Yes, HR is good stream and you can get opportunities into Talent acquisition and Recruitment, Talent mapping, Administration, Industrial Relations, HR Policy Making, people management and analysis.

If one does MBA, the chances are that you would be on fast track of promotions and this perception makes engineers go for MBA.

The scope is good mainly in e-commerce, mining and metallurgy, oil and gas, retail and automobiles sector. Majorly roles like warehouse management, supply chain management, procurement and logistic operations are offered.

The scope and opportunities for MBA degree holders are dependent on the multiple parameters such as international economics, geopolitical stability, social and political environment, skills shortage, etc. Most of these factors are in favour of the Indian growth story. India is still on the growth path and has good growth rate. Therefore, the market of MBA graduates will remain excellent for few more years. MBA graduates from top B-schools have a bright future.

There is MBA in Marketing, which covers subjects like integrated marketing communications, advertising and communication management, brand management and international marketing. I got your point. So, these are the specific criteria where scope of MBA is there for aviation management like, Airport Manager, Administrator, Staff Manager and Safety Officer. You can do it after 12th as well, there is no compulsion for a Bachelor degree.
