MBA after MBBS is preferable career options for those doctors who want to be in the field of hospital administrator and do not want to have active medical practice. Doctors with MD and MS can earner better in comparison to hospital administrators in long run.

IBA is one of the B-schools available in Bangalore with pleasant placements with average salary package of around 4.5 lacs. In order to get into such B-schools, give entrance exams like MAT, CAT, CMAT, XAT, etc.

Yes, you can pursue MBA in marketing after BCA. MBA has a good scope and in marketing specifically international business is in great demand. You can pursue this and career options are also good.

There may be a slight difference in syllabus. But, more importantly from which institute are you doing it matters the most. Remember, IIM's offer PGDM, Symbiosis offers MBA, JBIMS offers MMS.
But tier 2, tier 3 colleges also offer PGDM, MBA and MMS. So, in short, concentrate on the institute rather than on the program. Good luck!
