If you are interested in finance field, then you can go for B.Com because it has accounts and in MBA, do finance then you will get a lot of opportunities but if not interested in finance, then do BBA and MBA in marketing which helps you to get a job in sales & marketing.

While doing MBA you need not to do any course as if you are doing MBA from a good college they will teach you more than enough and as we all know practical knowledge is always the best and experience speaks more than degree.

It is not compulsory to do MBA after BBA but if you want to keep moving in the same direction than MBA is a good option. Or you can go for other certification courses to enhance your skills or give entrance exams for government exams. Salary after MBA ranges from INR 5 lacs to 15 lacs.
