First of all I would like to clear that the university name is Texila American University.
Now, I am coming to your question, MCI approves PG degrees from five countries only namely UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Texila American University has clearly stated on their website at the bottom of the page that these courses are not recognised in India.
https://www.tauedu.org/pgmedicine/
UK offers admission in various MD programmes without PLAB and the courses are purely clinical and totally recognised by MCI. Also, you won't be required to take any screening test also.

All the best.

For cut-off:
The cut-off varies every year according to the number of students applying for examination and number of seats available. It would be advisable that you get in touch with college authorities/official page directly for accurate cutoff which can help you in figuring out the appropriate college and seat.

Institutions such as AIIMS, costs you least around Rs.6000, as they are heavily subsidised. AIPMT: All India Quota Seats which are also under Central Govt. can cost you around Rs.50,000 annually at most. State Quota: MBBS seats in different states varies state by state and can cost you between Rs.50,000 to 2 lakh annually.

Sorry dear but your chances for getting admission in a govt. college is impossible. You might get a private college but you have to pay large amount of donation. Better try next year.
Good luck!

Hello Dear,
You have scored very less. So it'll be very difficult for you to get admission into any government or private medical colleges. You can try next year to go for paramedical courses.
