Under no category of reservation, you can get into MBBS course in India with such a low score. So, definitely, you should try another time only if you are passionate to get into MBBS. Otherwise, moving on into any other course would be good.

For MBBS seats, you have to secure minimum 360 mark (private), for government college mark is varies state wise, so at least you have to score 480-500 mark (general candidate), for other cast 420 marks.

Admission to MBBS BDS B.A. M. S. BUMS BHMS are done through all India common entrance examination called NEET. There is no other gateway for admission.

Absolutely yes. For admission into MBBS and BDS courses in India you have to appear the common entrance examination called NEET. There's no other gateway.

The proposal for EXIT exams for MBBS graduate is still under consideration by Parliamentary committee. Government is yet to take any final decision on it.

NRI quota admission are done at college level. So do approach the concerned university for admission. Also its mandatory for NRI candidates to appear NEET.
