You have to qualify their exams to get enrolled in PG programmes. We suggest you to consider UK as it doesn't require you to write any eligibility exam to get enrolled in MD.

Those with only MBBS degree will have to look for other jobs such as teaching.
There will be similar exit exams for postgraduate and super-specialty courses to maintain standard and transparency, SK Sarin, chairman of Medical Council of India, Board of Governors (BoG), said.
MCI has also decided to scrap post-graduate (PG) exams for medical students. From 2017, a national list of top students will be made based on MBBS marks and points obtained during the internship. This will make the internship a much more important part of the MBBS course.

If you have done MBBS from Russia then you need to take the MCI screening test. If you fail to qualify the MCI screening test then you cannot practice medicine in India.

You can work over there and then can also ask for permanent residence-ship there. In India, you can work in a hospital or practice on your own.
