If last year's cutoffs are followed, admissions to AIIMS institutes at 660 marks are tough for the open category students as well as EWS and OBC students. SC/ST candidates can expect admission to IIMS Deogarh, AIIMS Madurai, AIIMS Jammu, and AIIMS Guwahati for the expected rank at 660 marks as stated above. For open, OBC, and EWS categories, multiple government medical colleges through all-India and open seat quotas are available. Students are likely to be allotted seats to top government colleges in each state at this mark range.

Normally, changing one's MBBS seat after allotment is usually tough and not easily permitted except for some special conditions. In India, once the seat is confirmed, the switch to another medical college is extremely rare, be it in the same state or in different states. Chances of transfer during later counseling round may arise if you've been allotted under the quota of All India Quota, but that is definitely subject to availability. Mostly, states may allow in-state transfers but cross-states are very rarely allowed and, in exceptional cases or for health and family problem, some institutes may support migration policies, but certai

In private medical colleges, the charges are very high, while the cost of pursuing the MBBS degree at AIIMS Jodhpur is highly affordable. Therefore, the total tuition fees for the entire five years of the MBBS programme will be approximately INR 6,000 to INR 7,000, and that annually it would be INR 1,628. Similarly, hostel accommodation, mess charges, and other facilities available will also be minimal along with being subsidized. It is cheap because AIIMS is a government institution that seeks to offer high-quality medical education at low costs. Apart from that, there are good faculty members and good infrastructure along with approp

AIIMS Jodhpur is a great college to pursue MBBS and holds top-class education along with modern facilities and exposure for clinical training. It doesn't surpass AIIMS Delhi mainly because of its rich history, research opportunities, and diverse patient exposure; but AIIMS Jodhpur is gaining pace at great speed to become one of the top medical institutes in India. The faculty in AIIMS Jodhpur is highly experienced. Although AIIMS Delhi has an edge over AIIMS Jodhpur in reputation and resources, AIIMS Jodhpur delivers comparable quality in education, which is why it's considered an excellent alternative for any medical aspirant.

You must be eligible to take the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, or NEET-UG, in order to be admitted to the Indian MBBS program. Passing Class 12 with PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and earning at least 50% of the possible points (40 percent for reserved categories) are prerequisites for eligibility. For government, private, and deemed universities, admission is determined by NEET results and counseling procedures. Private institutions can charge between INR 10 and INR 25 Lacs annually, whereas government colleges usually charge between INR 10,000 and INR 2,00,000 annually. The annual cost of deemed institutions can range fr

No, you probably won't be able to get an MBBS seat with a score of 212 in NEET 2024 if you're in the OBC category. But with a lower score can participate in multiple rounds of counseling to get their desired seat. They can also participate in state-level and national-level counseling to increase their chances of admission.
