It's difficult to say if you can get a college for MBBS in Kolkata with your NEET score and AIR, but here's some information that might help:

The minimum marks required for MBBS admission in 2024-2025 for the General category is 720, and for OBC/SC/ST categories, it's 161. 

Students who meet the minimum passing marks are eligible to participate in the West Bengal NEET 2024 counseling process. 

You can check the Medical College Kolkata cutoff for 2024 on Shiksha.

Yes, it's possible to get admission into a government medical college in Jammu for MBBS, BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, or BPT with 398 marks in NEET 2024, depending on the category and the college: 

BAMS

The cutoff for BAMS in government medical colleges is usually between 350 and 400 marks in NEET UG. 

BUMS

The cutoff for BUMS in the general category is between 720 and 164. 

BHMS

Some medical colleges accept candidates scoring around 300 marks in NEET for courses like BHMS.
