No, you cannot have a direct admission into MBBS course by appearing for COMEDK. The COMEDK UGET is actually available to students for state-level engineering and architecture programme admission. For medical courses, the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, commonly abbreviated as NEET will be the entrance examination for all medical colleges as well, since it is an authorized examination for admission in Indian dental and medical colleges as well. However, to obtain an MBBS degree, you have to appear for the NEET test and satisfy its eligibility standards.

Getting admission to the Institute of Medical Sciences and SUM Hospital (IMS and SUM) for MBBS with a mere score of 300 marks in NEET would be quite difficult considering the general cut-off marks for admission to medical colleges are usually much higher than that. Of course, the exact cut-off varies depending on the number of applicants and category-wise reservations.
Thus, if you belong to a reserved category (for example, OBC, SC/ST), you would be granted better odds in such an instance. Check out the previous year's trends in cut-offs or directly contact the admission office of IMS and SUM for further details to get accurate informa

With the exception of MBBS you have a number of possibilities after finishing your BIPC (Biology Physics, Chemistry) course and receiving a score of 228 on the NEET 2018 exam
A fantastic option for people who are interested in research and the biological sciences is a B.Sc in microbiology. With your 12th grade, you might have a decent chance of being admitted to one of the many colleges that offer this subject. Government colleges may provide seats under reserve categories, which could lessen the cost of tuition, and some institutions grant scholarships.
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS): This can be an additional good choice if you are i

It is difficult to get an MBBS seat at a government medical college in Hyderabad with a NEET score of 460, particularly for applicants in the General category. Cutoffs are higher at Telangana's premier government medical schools, such as Gandhi Medical College and Osmania Medical College. In NEET 2023 for the example Osmania Medical College closing rank for the General category was 4247 or 570 marks.
However as cutoffs for reserved categories (SC ST and OBC) are typically lower there may be chance if you fall into the one of these groups. For instance Osmania Medical College SC category closing rank was 48222 or roughly 443 marks
