The BDS curriculum primarily focuses on oral and dental sciences, covering subjects like oral pathology, prosthodontics, periodontology, and orthodontics. It emphasizes dental procedures, clinical skills, and patient management related to oral health.
On the other hand, the MBBS syllabus covers a broader range of medical subjects, including anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and general surgery. It prepares students for overall patient care rather than specializing in a particular organ or system.
