Medical students at M S Ramaiah Medical College must pay between INR 1,20,000 and INR 1,50,000 for hostel accommodations per year based on their chosen room type. Monthly canteen fees range between INR 3,500 and INR 4,000. The admission possibility to this college seems likely based on your current NEET score (631) and ranking (46866) though annual cutoff ranks show periodic changes. MBBS students at this college pay INR 31,17,500 in total fees spread across five years while hostel and canteen services are excluded from this amount.

As per the NEET eligibility criteria:

Students from the General category need to achieve at least 50% marks in their 12th year Science subjects which include Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
The Minimum qualification standard for admission as an MBBS student is 40% aggregate in PCB for students who belong to the SC/ST/OBC category.

So, if you belong to the SC/ST/OBC category, then you are eligible for the admission, else not. It also depends on the college to which you want to get admitted. Various colleges take admission to MBBS with 40 to 45% marks for the students belonging to the general category.
