A NEET rank of 600,000 gets you into MBBS at a private college in Uttar Pradesh with an average fee of more than INR 10 L and less than INR 20 Lacs per year. The MBBS programs are available at colleges like Shri Ram Murti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences (SRMS IMS) and Kings George's Medical University (KGMU). Details regarding the fees and other general information can be collected from their admission office or by looking up on official website of college.

Yes, it is possible to find work as an MBBS graduate without undertaking a postgraduate (PG) pathway.  

MBBS graduates can work as general practitioners. Medical officers in hospitals and clinics, or within government health services are also options.  

There are also opportunities available in public health, research, and healthcare administration/public service. Most commonly the work opportunities are available through a pharmaceutical agency, medical writing, and health insurance companies.

No, Radiology and MBBS are different but are from the medical field only, and they also differ on the basis of educational requirements, scope of practice and focus.
