Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) in India periodically conducts counseling for vacant MBBS seats in deemed medical colleges and whether specific decisions have been taken regarding vacant MBBS seats at any given time can change from year to year.To get the most current information regarding vacant MBBS seats in deemed medical colleges and any decisions made by the MCC, I recommend checking the official website of the MCC or contacting them directly. They typically release updates and notifications related to seat allotment and counseling processes on their website.

May be u meant MBBS from Raebareli or MBBS from Raipur,

So, Both colleges have their own advantages and disadvantages. AIIMS Raebareli is a newer college, but it is a government medical college and Institute of National Importance. AIIMS Raipur offers a wider range of courses, but it is also located in a more urban area.
