Hello,
As we see nowadays, astrophysics is hollering too much, due to its expansion and Mars project (thanks to Elon Musk) students find too much curiosity in this astrophysics field. Sorry, M.Sc after MBBS is not at all possible as, astrophysics has vast amount of maths + applied physics, for which a strong base is required + a lot of practice is required to develop numerical area of the brain.
Alternative: Is there any alternative, yes? Keep doing your job in MBBS+do your B.Sc in physics from IGNOU (distance course). IGNOU is the only university that provides distance B.Sc.

Hi,
First of all, I would like to let you know that it is not easy for an aspirant to get admission in government medical colleges. Again, I would like to tell you now NEET's cutoff matters everywhere, either private or government and even in the abroad colleges. Yes, chances are comparatively higher to get admission in private medical colleges in India.

With 350+ score, it would be highly expensive for you to pursue MBBS from any of the private institutes. If you can afford to pay in Lacs then you can get admission in the institute you wish to. You cannot get admission in government institutes with this score.

320 is not sufficient to get admission with low seat. In order to get seat with low fee you need to score at least 550+.

It depends on which college you want to take admission in.
The fee structure in government colleges is less expensive than that in private colleges.
If you specify the college name, we could help you in a better way.
