Yes, you can pursue astrophysics but what about the medicine knowledge you have collected in MBBS. It's all about your passion, I know a lot of doctors who went into other fields like civil services, management, research, acting and so on. If astrophysics is your passion, go for it.

Yes, you can pursue B.Sc physics. B.Sc physics is an undergraduate programme, the minimum eligibility for which is an intermediate 10+2 in science with physics, chemistry, mathematics/biology and English as compulsory subjects.
