Hi Yasu, generally you must first clear some exams like Austalian Medical Council (AMC) exam and register yourself with the medical council. Please check the websites of the respective medical councils of the countries for your PG. You must also take IELTS.

Speaking for general category, it is slightly rare chance, 500+ marks are required at least for admissions. But, it also zeroes in on the rank, if you get rank below 25K, there is a chance.

AIIMS and JIPMER are the only two available to get admission in MBBS. However, NEET is your best shot due to large (relatively) no. of seats.

Hi Shirish,
To study MBBS in UK, you have to clear UKCAT and IELTS. You must have around 75% in class 12th with PCB, the minimum percentage required varies from university to university.

As per the new rules, you need to qualify NEET to be eligible to sit for the Screening Test which you need to sit for after you get your degree and come back to India for practicing. NEET is not required if you don't want to come back and practice in India. Last year, the qualifying marks were 131 for general category students and 107 for other category students and will be more or less around this figure only this year. Try to score 150+ and you should be safe.
