Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For NEET UG Round 3 cutoff 2023, the opening rank was 2130 and closing rank was 2130 for the general category candidates under All India quota. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. Admission to Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in S.M.S. Medical College is based on the scores obtained in the NEET UG entrance exam. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

NEET UG Round 3, has been released for admission to the MBBS courses. As per SMS Medical College NEET UG cutoff 2023, the Round 3 closing rank was 2130 for General category candidates in All India quota for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). MBBS cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

Admission to MBBS offered at JIPMER Karaikal is based on NEET UG scores followed by NEET UG Counselling. Conducted by the MCC, NEET UG Counselling is released upto Round 4, including Round 1 , Round 2, Mop-UP Round and Stray Vacancy Round, it is only in the case of vacant seats more rounds are conducted. The cutoffs will be based on the following factors:

The NEET score of the candidate
The category of the candidate
The number of seats available in the course

The JIPMER Karaikal NEET UG cutoff 2024 for MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery was 2949 in round 1, 4558 in round 2 and 5668 in round 3 which is too far to this range. This was for general category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one cannot afford to score less than the cutoff mentioned here. With this rank, there is no probability of getting admission till round 3 of the NEET UG cutoff 2024. However since, the cut offs keep changing on every round, it is advisable to wait for the next round. JIPMER Karaikal MBBS cutoff 2024 in the final round stood at 1

JIPMER Karaikal cutoff 2023 ranks for MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery other than General category are mentioned below:

  • 20160 for OBC
  • 102086 for SC
  • 75587 for ST
  • 17804 for EWS
  • 302502 for PWD

While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in NEET exam, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State.
