For a general category candidate, if you cross 520, you can find yourself in a moderate government medical college. If you cross 550, be sure, you will bag a seat in a really good college. In the end, everything depends upon the difficulty of the question paper and how have all the students fared.

Hi there,
Well, B.Sc is a very traditional course to pursue after completing class 12th with Science, as most of students do that. That would not have better prospects for you, as the stream is much crowded and in today's time, you need to stand out of crowd. So, you must look for more opportunities and unique courses with better career prospects.

Hi Esha,
Your grades are way below average to study in Canada. A minimum 75% is required. Also, there is no MBBS as such, you have to apply for a Bachelor's degree, clear MCAT and start your medical studies.

Admission is through state level counselling for filling 85% of total seats and remaining 15% seats will be filled through All India centralized counselling based on the rank obtained in NEET, so you need to fill the AFMC form after you have appeared for the NEET. Regards.

Management Quota:
You just need pass marks in 12th board and NEET qualification marks to get a direct seat through Management quota in India. Colleges like KIMS, Bhubaneswar. Katuri Medical College, Guntur, Annai Medical College, Kanchipuram can offer seats at low rates, however, all the medical colleges provide the same syllabus as given by MCI ( The Medical Council Of India). However, there is a risk involved and it is best if you avoid securing a seat via the management quota. Last year more than 500 such admissions were cancelled by the Medical Council of India. The choice is yours.
Good luck.
