The NEET score that is required to get admission for MBBS here is, minimum 500 +to get government college.

Admission with 391 looks to very slim for BDS in government college, but you can get a decent college with MBBS under self-finance course.

There is an exam for entrance along with the eligibility criteria mentioned at official website. You need to clear the entrance to take admission.

Yes, you surely can, but in most entrances they ask you to qualify required subjects in one sitting.
