The total tuition fee for MCA is INR 35,000 as per an unofficial source. Candidates are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Aspirants will also need to pay a registration fee to apply for admission.

The selection to MCA is based on TANCET score. The Government Quota seats are filled through TANCET while Management Quota seats are filled through Consortium self-finance colleges. After completion of the selection rounds, the university releases a merit list to announce the names of the shortlisted candidates. The shortlisted aspirants are called for counselling and document verification. Aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the college. Although, this information is sourced from official website/ sanctioning body and but is subject to change. Students are requested to visit the official website to get more details on the Graphic Era University MCA fees. However, there are some other fee components that also need to pay for both years separately. To get admission to MCA course at Graphic Era University, candidates are required to qualify for all the selection parameters as per the university norms. As per the admission process for MCA at Graphic Era, candidates who pass graduation in any stream with minimum aggregate are eligible to apply for this course. For admission to MCA at PES University, there is minimum eligibility criteria that needs to fulfil before applying for this course. Interested candidates need to pass graduation either with a minimum 50% aggregate in BSc/BCom/BA with Mathematics as one of the subjects at Class 12 or graduation level or in BCA with a minimum 50% aggregate. Final year students can also apply on a provisional basis, subject to meeting the eligibility criteria at the time of admission. The admission to MCA course will be based on PESSAT or PGCET score.

PES University MCA admission is entrance-based. Students who pass graduation with 50% aggregate in either BCA or BSc/BCom/BA are able to apply for this course. The selection is done based on a valid score of either PESSAT, which is conducted by the PES University for admission to all of its PG courses. Another way to get admission is through a state-level entrance exam of PGCET. The university selects students who qualify all the parameters of the selection process and allocates seats based a counselling round.
