Yes, you can go for MCA after completing BBA. Also, you can appear for NIMCET. MCA Eligibility -
1. Students must have graduation in computer applications, computer Science, or related field with a minimum of 50% marks obtained at the UG level to be eligible for MCA.
2. Student must have mathematics as one of the subjects in Class 12 is compulsory.

(Information Technology/ Computer Science or equivalent), or a pass in a recognized Bachelors degree of minimum 3 years duration (in disciplines other than the ones mentioned above) with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation Level and obtained at least 50% marks (45% for Tamilnadu BC, BCM, MBC, SC, SCA, ST category).
