At 300 rank, you can surely get admission to MD in General Medicine for the affiliated colleges. In 2024, as per the NEET PG cutoff, the minimum rank to get admission at DU College of Medical Sciences, University of Delhi stood at 324 for the General AI category candidates. Under the state government quota for PG MD government seats in Tamil Nadu only medical graduates from Tamil Nadu education institutes are permitted to apply. Students from other state institutions remain ineligible to participate.
Key points to remember:
Candidates need to finish their MBBS training at any institution within Tamil Nadu before qualifying for Tamil Nadu government quota PG MD seat admission.
A "Certificate of Nativity of Tamil Nadu" enables you to become eligible when your MBBS training occurred outside the state.

KMC Manipal accepts NEET PG scores for admission to MD in General Medicine course. Recently, NTA has announced the NEET PG Round 3 Seat Allotment list for various All India categories. After glancing over the cutoffs, we can see that, to avail MD in General Medicine course, candidates need to acquire a decent rank of 6489 among General AI category candidates. Which was previously (2023 and 2022) released at 5546 and 8877, respectively.

Sorry, but you won't be able to get admission at Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Kadapa with 7k rank. This is because, the cutoff for the General Medicine specialisation for the General AI category candidates stood at 3865. Even, candidates with OBC AI quota also, won't be able to get the required course at this rank. The Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Kadapa cutoff 2024 for the NEET PG under OBC AI category stood at 5120.

Yes, candidates can definitely get admission to MD in General Surgery course at SVMC via Andhra NEET PG scores at a rank of 7000. Based on the SVMC cutoff 2022, the MD in General Surgery stood at, 9262 for the General AI category candidates. So, 7k is more than sufficient to get into the institute for the unreserved category candidates.
