To get into the MD course offered at Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences, students need to first fulfil the admission criteria. The basic eligibility of the programme is to pass MBBS from a recognised university. Aspirants need to appear for NEET exam. Those who clear SGPGIMS cutoff need to participate in the counselling conducted by Ministry of Health & Family Welfare and Director General of Medical Education & Training, Uttar Pradesh. Selected students need to go through document verification and pay the admission fee for seat confirmation.

Yes, MUHS Nashik offers specialisation under the MD program, for example, in fields like General Medicine, Pediatrics, Pathology, Anesthesiologyetc. The specializations that would be available would be based on the affiliated colleges under MUHS. Under the counseling process, a candidate can opt for a desired specialisation depending upon the NEET-PG rank and the availability of seats.

The MD admission process for MUHS Nashik will begin with clearing the NEET-PG exam results. After that, there is counseling, either done by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) or by the specific state authority, after the declaration of results. A candidate has to choose MUHS Nashik as an option. Necessary documents have to be submitted with the payment of admission fee for confirmation of the seat.

At present, the institution does not offer any MD course in Manasa Roga (Psychiatry). However, like all the other medical and clinical departments in NIMHANS, it offers an entire suite of postgraduate courses, including MD in Psychiatry. This is an excellent place to consider for those interested in pursuing psychiatry with specific aspects of mental health or other such areas.
You would have to apply through the INI CET exam for admission. The procedure includes eligibility checks and document submission.

No, admission to the MD courses at the Institute of Human Behavior and Allied Sciences (IHBAS) under the University of Delhi requires NEET PG qualification. NEET PG is the mandatory and standardized entrance examination for postgraduate medical courses, including the MD program, across India.
