Yes you can pursue B.E. or B.tech in Aeronautical Engineering after completing diploma in mechanical engineering and you can get admission through lateral entry programs in colleges which offer this course. Aeronautical Engg is somehow related to mechanical Engg and it's is also a good option to look as a career.

The best, first and foremost is IIT. Then comes Bits pilani. Then there are colleges like DTU, Manipal, VIT Vellore, IPU etc.

While I appreciate your enthusiasm for starting a business of your own, but before that you must hv a plan and knowledge of your own skill set and interests. I would suggest you to take few internships to understand an organisation and its departments. Once you have the experience, you may decide better.

The most commonly pursued ones are MBA and MTech (called MS outside India in many countries). Dear vismya you can go in various mechanical companies.you can even get in automobile industry.even in production industry,PSU etc.just select some reputed college for the bachelors.
