tution fee will cost u 15 lac per year that means for 2 years it will cost 30 lac. but its only tution fee.
total fee including ur test (gre, toefl) , hostel, books nd travelling will be cost u around 60-70 lac.

As BE Mechanical you will be required to undergo one year Pre Sea training in a Maritime Institute. After one year training you will be required to work as an apprentice on a ship. After that you can appear for Competency exam conducted by DG Shipping. You may join Pre-Sea Courses offered as Post Graduate Diploma in Marine Engineering by Indian Maritime University.
